Horseradish Sauce
This sauce is amazing with prime rib. Depth of spice from the horseradish and creaminess to make it savory and balance out the spiciness.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup - Sour Cream
- 3 TBSP - Horseradish
- 2 TBSP - Mayo or Sour Cream
- 1 tsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp - Salt
- Pinch - Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP - Chives
- Dash - MSG
